Real-time monitoring of the concentrations of cooking fumes, particulate matter, and non-methane total hydrocarbons is available, and upper limit values can be set. If the limits are exceeded, an emergency signal will be automatically triggered. 

2: Dual current detection. It can simultaneously detect whether the fan and the purifier are operating. The threshold value for initiating an emergency signal based on the power of the fan and the purifier can be set, and it is compatible with all power levels of fans and purifiers. 

3: Use an open-type current transformer. No need to cut the cables of the fan or purifier for measurement. 

4: Three separate working periods can be set. During each period, an emergency signal will only be triggered when the limit is exceeded; during periods outside of this, the emergency signal will not be activated. 

5: 1 GPRS (optional 4G) communication interface
